If you see “accident reported” in the vehicle history, note the AutoCheck records list it as a non-collision incident. I’m unaware about specifics behind the incident, but every body panel has the original VINs and there are no signs of frame damage found by me or the previous owner.
This car comes with extensive service records.
I purchased this S2000 when I lived in California in 2018. When I moved back to NC in 2020, I shipped it across the country. I've decided to sell it so I can help fund a house I'm building.
Important thing to know:
1.) When I bought the car, it came with 1 key, 1 remote, and no owner's manual. The Injen intake and AP2 wheels were already installed.
2.) The engine was replaced in 2019. The original engine overheated due to a puncture in one of the radiator hoses that caused the coolant to leak. The replacement was completed by Rogue Motorsports in California. The replacement F20C engine was purchased from HMotorsOnline and had 49k miles when installed. The car itself had 94,154 miles.
3.) Rogue Motorsports also installed a new clutch, bump steer kit, AP2 valve retainers, banjo bolts, and oil pan baffle. The bump steer kit increases handling performance. The AP2 valve retainers are stronger than the AP1 retainers and are less likely to fail if the engine over-revs. The other mods prevent oil starvation.
4.) Most S2000s from this generation burn oil. I top my oil off every few months and replace it once or twice a year. I drive this car around 2,500 miles a year on average.
5.) You will see 7 owners listed in this car’s history, but many of those are actually dealers.
If post is still up, then the car is still available.
