We have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4 door 2WD 176k original miles, 4.7 liter V8 engine with Automatic transmission alloy wheels.

Engine was installed in Spring driven less than 20 miles on it, New Catalytic converters,
New Tires
New Coils all 8 New Plugs …
transmission in good running condition,

It was a work truck we used for servicing farms (Service to animal’s hooves and shoes)

Full story with Covid stepping in we parked the vehicle as everything came to a stand still…
Attempted to start it few months after being parked it ran but we were not aware that coolant was lost and damaged the motor…
Took to a repair shop, Ordered a crate motor 4.7 had then install with new coils and plugs, water pump and catalytic converter as coolant and oil was pushed into the old ones..

Paid and picked up the vehicle upwards of $5600..

wanting to clean it after sitting for such long time we begun to wash and clean, not thinking washed the under hood area… big mistake… it refused to start…

We towed it back to the shop they confirmed it needs a new computer.. We looked in GA none to be found… found salvage yards with then but no warranty… the shop told us it has to be programed so we did not want to go used route..

At this point we are tired, lost and frustrated… the shop notified us it has to be moved so we are just selling it…
